The Great Lakes Burning River Festival was another huge success attracting over 10,000 people to the two day event.
The Burning River Fest celebrates environmental awareness and eco-friendly living. It is named after the infamous 1969 incident in which the Cuyahoga River caught on fire.
Local bands provided entertainment, several local vendors provided food and exhibits from area environmental groups and educational organizations were available for attendees to visit. This year the Great Lakes Brewing Company decided to brew 30 to 40 kegs of their most popular beer- Christmas Ale. The ale is normally only available for eight weeks in the winter.
All proceeds from the festival go to the Burning River Foundation, a nonprofit formed by Great Lakes Brewing to provide resources to sustain and protect regional waterways.

SE Blue printed all the large color format banners that lined the walkway to the festival.

The banners had environmental messages printed on them for attendees to read and consider while heading towards the main stage and Coast Guard station.

Local bands provided entertainment at various locations throughout the event.

Popular local artist Alex Bevan performs for the crowd.
